We’ve revamped our support system, moving from Discord to an integrated ticketing system within the Terra Dashboard. Users can now create, track, and manage tickets directly within the dashboard, along with accessing their support history for a smoother experience.

Powered by Zendesk on the backend, we crafted a custom UI that blends perfectly with the Terra Dashboard. Zendesk’s flexible API allowed us to design a system that feels native, offering developers a seamless way to engage with our support team while ensuring all tickets are efficiently handled.

Scaling Terra means scaling our support too. Discord was great for community interaction, but it struggled with managing a growing number of tickets and analytics. By adopting Zendesk, we’ve improved response times, ensured no tickets are missed, and gained better insights into support trends. 🛠️📈
