How are credits used up?

Credits are consumed by using the Health & Fitness API. This primarily involves active authentications and events. Please refer to the Terra API docs for a full breakdown of of credits.

What happens if I use more than my 100,000 included credits?

If your usage goes over 100,000 credits in a month, you'll be billed for the additional credits. The good news is the price per credit gets cheaper the more you use, thanks to our tiered pricing.

How much does it cost to get started?

Our subscriptions start from $399 per month (when billed annually) or $499 per month (for monthly billing). This price includes 100,000 credits for you to use each month. You'll only pay extra if your usage goes beyond these included credits.

What if my project suddenly becomes very popular and usage spikes?

We've got your back! Our Usage Spike Protection is designed for this. If you receive an unexpectedly large bill in your first 6 months due to rapid growth or a testing error, contact our support. You may be eligible for a one-time refund.
